When in a committed relationship, one must not be vengeful. If your significant other messes up and you decide to continue your relationship, you shouldn’t use their past as an excuse to treat them like shit. If you choose to continue to be with that person, you’re going to have to work together to get past whatever happened. Just like with anything else in the relationship, it has to be a mutual effort.
